Shandong Silver Hawk Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.'s Rayon Division operates three production facilities, featuring two production lines for differentiated viscose staple fiber products and a combined heat and power (CHP) workshop. With approximately 1,000 employees, the division boasts an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of viscose staple fibers. The CHP workshop houses one 110-ton boiler and two 75-ton boilers, providing a steam supply capacity of 2 million tons and generating 1.9 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually.

The company has successfully introduced eight major product series, encompassing over 40 fiber types, such as flame-retardant fibers, high-strength fibers, temperature-regulating fibers, protein fibers, antibacterial fibers, and shaped fibers, achieving an almost 100% differentiation rate for new fiber products.
